Course Structures

Course structures and regulations for each of our undergraduate and MSc degree programmes include

• the undergraduate handbook,
• lists of core and optional modules available for each student cohort,
• "prescribed coursework", and
• regulations specific to each programme.
  

Modules

List of all modules gives access to each module (with module codes) , and for each one contains

• the module syllabus,
• the module organiser(s),
• a recommended booklist, and
  
• description of the assessment.

Online materials are provided for most modules (access for many of these is restricted to logged-on students and staff), and may include copies of

• lecture slides and notes, and
  
• assignments.
  

Announcements

Announcements are published online (and in the Atrium of DCS) relating to such matters as

• cancelled or rescheduled lectures and seminars, and
  
• upcoming events (including careers talks and visits hosted in the Department).
