can add more attributes to a concept by pressing the [add attribute] button
in the upper part of the right hand panel. You will enter than the 'Add
attribute' menu that allows you to give the attribute a name, and already
decide upon a contents. You don't need to fill the contents right now. After
you are finished, press 'enter'. The attribute you added will appear at the
end of the attribute list of the current concept. A [remove] button will also
appear next to it: because it is an attribute added by you, it can be removed
by you as well.
Adding child concepts
add more concepts in the concept hierarchy, you should first select the
concept under which you want these sub-concepts to appear, from the left hand
panel (for instance, do nothing and you will add sub-concepts to the current
concept). 22.214.171.124.2. after you selected the appropriate concept, press [add
concept]. You will enter a menu where you can edit the new concept's name
(title). After giving it a title, press 'enter'.
Creating Relatedness links between concepts
to view the concept by having selected it, before you start.
text: In the right hand side panel, you press the [calculate relations with other concepts] button. Depending on the size and the number of concept maps, you might have to wait some time before you a list of the system suggestions appears. A table will appear in the same panel, with the following table headings: Concept name; Relation Type; Relation weight The 'Concept name' is the name of the concept the system is suggesting is related to your currently selected concept. The 'Relation Type' is the name of the attribute where the similarity was found (e.g., in the 'title', or in the 'text', etc.). The 'Relation weight' expresses the degree of relatedness computed for that specific link. For more information, check the ITCC paper .
explanation: The relatedness relations show how the contents of the different concepts are related to eachother. Please note that the current implementation only allows for relatedness relations if the 'keywords' attribute of the concept is non-empty.
